1. Introduction:

Welcome to MNGTS, a platform dedicated to providing services related to the MNGTS token on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the MNGTS website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.


2. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the MNGTS services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. MNGTS reserves the right to request proof of age and to deny access to the platform if such proof is not provided or if the user is found to be ineligible.


3. Compliance with Applicable Laws:

Users of MNGTS services must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations: Users must adhere to AML regulations aimed at preventing the use of the financial system for money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Cryptocurrency and Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill, 2021 (India): Users located in India must comply with this bill and any subsequent regulations governing the use of digital currencies.
  • Global Cryptocurrency Regulations: Users must ensure compliance with the cryptocurrency laws and regulations applicable in their respective jurisdictions.


4. AML and KYC Compliance:

To comply with AML and KYC obligations, MNGTS requires users to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: Users must submit accurate and complete information for verification purposes, including identification documents, proof of address, and any other information as required by MNGTS.
  • Verification Process: MNGTS may use third-party services to conduct verification. Users agree to cooperate with all requests related to KYC and AML compliance.
  • Account Monitoring:MNGTS reserves the right to monitor user accounts for suspicious activities and report such activities to the relevant authorities. Failure to comply with AML and KYC requirements may result in account suspension, termination, and the reporting of suspicious activities to appropriate authorities.


5. User Responsibilities:

To comply with AML and KYC obligations, MNGTS requires users to:

  • Account Security: Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts.
  • Accurate Information: Users must ensure that all information provided to MNGTS is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any activities that are illegal, unauthorized, or harmful to the MNGTS platform or its users, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or distribution of malware.


6. Use of MNGTS Tokens

  • Utility Token: MNGTS tokens are utility tokens intended for use within the MNGTS ecosystem. They are not to be considered as securities or investment products.
  • Assumption of Risk: Users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the use of cryptocurrencies, including volatility, regulatory changes, and potential loss of funds.
  • No Liability: MNGTS shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of using MNGTS tokens or related services.


7. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal Activities: Using the platform for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or engaging in fraudulent schemes.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to MNGTS systems or other users’ accounts.
  • Harmful Conduct: Distributing malware, engaging in activities that harm the platform’s functionality, or disrupting other users' access to the services.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNGTS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Use or Inability to Use Services: Any issues arising from the access to or use of MNGTS services.
  • Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to or alteration of user transmissions or data.
  • External Factors: Events beyond MNGTS’ control, such as market volatility, legal or regulatory changes, or acts of God.


9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the MNGTS website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of MNGTS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited.


10. Termination

  • Violation of Terms: Breach of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Suspicious Activity: Detection of suspicious or unauthorized activities on the user’s account.

Users may terminate their accounts by submitting a request through the platform’s designated procedures.

MNGTS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or through other communication channels. Continued use of the services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MNGTS operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body, with the decision being final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
